Are there any polls tracking the "bellwether" districts?
Edited on Tue Aug-03-04 03:57 PM by NewYorkerfromMass
There are some congresssional districts which have a 100% accurate rate of predicting the winner of the last few presidential elections.
Anyone know of any polls from them?
I know one is in Ohio and another in Oregon.

3. Carroll county Tennessee
Carroll is the bellwether county in a bellwether state. Tennessee has voted for the winner in the last 10 presidential elections, and Carroll has picked right every time. Carroll is rural, white, and struggling. : http://slate.msn.com/id/2103314
