Now that Berger has been cleared of theft
now that it was found that not a single document is missing, I think that he should join the Kerry campaign the way he was before he resigned

It is still against the law to take national security documents out of the archive, even though it's determined that nothing was lost. Berger is history. What WAS he thinking?
