1. Those are good numbers.
Even if he isn't up in GA it's close enough to make them sweat and spend money somewhere that they thought was going to be easy.

2. Isn't Strategic Vision a GOP firm?
It looks like Michigan may soon join our friends in Pennsylvania in the "no longer in play" column.

3. I doubt
any money gets spent in Georgia. I don't really trust Rasmussen. They tend to favor republicans. They are also 30 days tracks. I'm not familiar with Strategic Vision.

4. Excellent numbers
Especially coming from right wing Rasmussen. I'm this close to taking Michigan off my personal list of battle ground states. I think I saw one poll last week where Kerry was up by 10 there. Still, it's good BushCo. is wasting so many resources in a state they have very little chance of winning.

On the flip side, I'm beginning to feel the same way about Ohio as it relates to Kerry. He just can't break through there for some unknown reason.

5. Ohio
there was a poll last week showing Kerry up there. It could be a sleeper state for us. Its still very close.

6. I think it's still very much in play
But Kerry just hasn't been able to establish a foothold like he has in Michigan (up 7-10) or Pennsylvania (up 12, according to Survey USA). It's still very much in play though and to me, it's the whole ball of wax. We get ohio in our column on election night and it's going to be a long night for BushCo.

8. Bush
cannot win without Ohio. If we win, it will be close. We're not going to get a foothold like we have in MI and PA. That's just not realistic.

13. It's not realistic?
We're not going to get a foothold like we have in MI and PA.

You base that assertion on what? Was it 'realistic' to predict in October that Kerry was going to be the nominee? lol

11. According to that, Georgia is closer than Pennsylvania - so if PA
is still a "Battleground" state is Georgia also one? Or can only Blue states be "Battleground" states? But I still don't trust Rasmussen's methodology (automated polling).

12. Don't Assume Anything
Don't take PA or MI for granted. I hope all continue to push there as hard as they do in other states. Nothing in politics is ever guaranteed.
