I am so excited about our future!
After almost 4 years of grieving for my country and fearing that all was lost, I am now feeling so excited and hopeful about our future. Wow, a year ago, I didn't even think we had a future.

Kerry, Edwards and now OBAMA!!!

We gotta keep the momentum going.

1. I am afraid to be hopeful.
Two years out of work, pushing 60, turned down for another job yesterday. Some of these jobs that are advertised, I don't even think are really there.

My sister was telling me about Kerry's Apollo Project; hope is painful.

2. I'm with you
Life felt so good in 1992, sitting there at the Bridgeport Brewpub at 14th & Marshall NW, watching the returns come in on the big screen TV (they gave my GF the remote control for the evening). The end to 12 years of Reagan/Bush I!

As awful as 12 years of Reagan/Bush I was, 4 years of Bush II seems much worse!

We will celebrate!

I was recycling about a dozen corporate computers today here in Portland, OR, over at the Free Geek shop, and there was such excitement about my Kerry button and Kerry/DU bumperstickers, it was palpable. Thank goodness I had some buttons and stickers to give away!

WE ARE GOING TO WIN! AMERICA CAN BE GREAT AGAIN!

3. I am so excited!
Based on his record, I think that Kerry will turn this country dramatically left--and it is high time!

4. My hope is rock-steady. The proof of a Kerry win lies in the
photos of the huge crowds at his rallies. The people are hungry for new leadership.
