Here's my assessment if election was held tomorrow
Edited on Thu Aug-05-04 05:56 PM by louis c
Kerry would definitely carry:
California (55)
Conn. (7)
Del(3)
D.C.(3)
Hawaii (4)
Illinois (21)
Iowa (7)
Maine (4)
Maryland (10)
Mass. (12)
Mich. (17)
Minn (10)
N.H. (4)
N.J. (15)
N.M. (5)
N.Y. (31)
Oregon (7)
Penn. (21)
R.I. (4)
Verm. (3)
Wash. (11)
Wisc. (10)

Total (264)

That means for us to win we have to carry just one of these states to win the election. (W.V gives us just a tie). I feel all of these states are at least in play. Remember, we don't have to carry all of them, just F**king one.

Ark (6)
Ariz. (10)
Colo. (9)
Fla. (27)
Missouri (11)
N.C. (15)
Ohio (20)
Tenn. (11)
Virg. (13)
W.V. (5)

5. Arkansans warming up to Kerry/Edwards
Folks I talk to say that they like Kerry because he's a hunter and a veteran, and love Edwards because he pulled himself up by his bootstraps. The Swiftboat ads will alienate more folks from Shrub. BTW, Cheney's potty mouth was considered VERY offensive by Arkansans, both male and female.

Rasmussen has it "strong Bush", but I see your point from other data.

If we carry it alone, with the first group, it will be a tie. Bush will win a tie.
