3. Bush is consistently between 43-45%. He's in deep shit. Gallup is crap.

The IQR(Inter-quartile Range) there is two, meaning that between the 25th and 75th percentiles, there is a difference of two. Multiply that figure by 1.5 and add and subtract that from the maximum and minimum values respectively. Adding three to 45 does not get the 51% that Gallup is claiming Bush has meaning that it is an official outlier and should be thrown out. I'm a beginner statistician and I can tell you that.
