Swift Boat Ads Insulting the U.S. Navy

Can you folks do me a favor and make comments / view this topic on the John Kerry Boards? I am trying to get them to pick up the talking point that the Swift Boat Vets are not insulting Kerry, but the honor of the Navy by implying the Navy gives away medals for fun without appropriate checking, etc. and by extension ALL armed service personnel who receive medals, and hopefully they can turn this around as a patriotic counter-attack (since the current talking points "they're lying!" are completely lame).

If I understand this correctly, the more people see / discuss this topic, the better chance someone in charge will pick this up....

3. Swift Boat Liers

This is my 1st post, although I've been lurking for quite a while.

This concept is exactly what I've been telling my husband since this whole swiftboat lying ad started up yesterday. Those vets are insulting the Navy by insinuating that they do not investigate these incidents and the associated medals to see if they are deserved. Obviously they do not have any respect for their own branch of service if they are willing to attack the Navy's process.

Why doesn't the Navy pick up on this and state that they issued these medals under appropriate and well-deserving circumstances?

They are discussing this now on MSNBC After Hours and my blood is boiling!!
