Tommy Franks says Kerry IS fit to be president, will speak @ pug conv
Well, he's being coy about speaking there, OR whether he'll endorse the monkey

BUT, it's pretty obvious

the IMPORTANT thing is that he, in NO uncertain terms said Kerry is FIT to be CINC, and will make a GREAT split screen of him speaking at the Munich convention, juxtaposed with Stephie's strongly worded question, and Franks's ENEQUIVOCAL answer
