My best case scenerio for Kerry and worst case scenerio for Kerry
Electoral votes in best case scenerio (meaning a huge electoral vote tidal wave towards Kerry such as Reagan had in 1980 against Carter), these states I can see going for Kerry:
NY
Pa
NJ
Conn
Del
Maine
NH
Vt
Ma.
RI
DC
Md
W.Va
NC
TN
Ark
Fl.
Il.
Ohio
Mi.
Wi
Mn.
Ia.
NM
AZ
Nv
Co.
Ca.
Wa
Or.
Ha
Mo.
Va
33 states plus DC with 396 electoral votes, polls indicate that all of these states are doable and if it were an electoral vote landslide he can win in states like Virginia, NC, Tn, and Ark where the polls are currently close.

Worst Case Scenerio:
Kerry wins all the Gore states plus picks up NH and West Virginia.
The electoral vote is 269-269--election goes to the House.

1. You're assuming
a free, fair, and honest election.

2. no
thus my worst case scenerio. Florida can still be robbed and who knows where else? If it goes to the House chances are that Bush would be re-selected by the House instead of the USSC becuz the GOP would probably have control of the House in a close election.

3. You Forgot about the Diebold Republican Electing Machinez in Maryland.
Edited on Mon Aug-09-04 12:52 PM by AndyTiedye
So far, we've lost every round trying to get rid of the Diebold
touch-screens in Maryland. In the worst case, they will use the
Diebold voting machinez to help Maryland vote Republican.
They steal Florida again. It comes down to Ohio and the Ohio
legislature awards their electoral votes to Bush*, setting aside
the election results in that state. Then Maryland's legislature
attempts to award their votes to Kerry, but the Supreme Court
disallows it and awards the Presidency to Bush* again.

Best case: We win by such a landslide that the regime folds and
leaves power peacefully in January just like they're supposed to.
They'll pardon themselves/each other on the way out, but that
won't prevent them from being charged with war crimes in the ICC.
Kerry will not protect them from such prosecution, and their
subsequent conviction and imprisonment goes a long way to restoring
our nation's tarnished reputation in the world.
