Green - Low - Bush has said something which is mildly stupid. Hell even Kerry could have said it.

Blue - Guarded - Bush has said something which is stupid and which can safely be ignored by the mainstream media as "plain speaking."

Yellow - Elevated - Bush has just said something very stupid and which the mainstream media will mention once in passing - but try to cover up. Leno and Letterman will joke about it but it will pass.

Orange - High - Bush has just said something which cannot be ignored - even Rush will have to talk about it - It's Bad - Even Hannity will have to talk about it.

Red - Extreme - Get the Vice President and a Bible.

With this statement -"the really rich people figure out how to dodge taxes anyway." - We are now at Level Orange.
