1. That's politics for you.
Remember that they called Al Gore a serial liar too. Was that true? No.

In politics, if you repeat something often enough, it tends to become true by simple virtue of repetition.

2. Interesting how the 'anti-war candidate'...
actually fought in a war, and the 'war preznit' went AWOL. Anyway, I thought Bush wanted to be the 'peace preznit'? Flip-flopper.

3. Ahem.
"This is a dangerous time. I wish it wasn't this way. I wish I wasn't the war President. Who in the heck wants to be a war President? I don't."

Bush at the Unity Conference, 8-6-04.

I guess Rove is working overtime to spin Kerry's vote in a certain way to divide us.

Kerry and other Democrats authorized the President to go to war if it was necessary to protect us and after making sure that all other options are exhausted before we do that. The only thing I fault Democrats is to think that Bush was smart and competent enough to make such an important decision and that they thought Bush would make sure that he wouldn't send soldiers to war without planning or exhausting any alternative option.

This is a non-issue. Republicans would like nothing more than for Kerry to say he wouldn't have voted for it so they can call him a flip-flopper.
