I just refuse to defend Kerry's Vietnam service or statements against linguistically-impaired AWOL. Whenever anyone says "Kerry is a liar!" or "Kerry wasn't in Cambodia!" I respond, "Not only was Bush not in Cambodia, he wasn't even in VIETNAM. End of argument."

Sorry, I guess I just don't get what you're trying to say. I'm not "throwing up my hands and walking away," I'm telling * people that they don't have a leg to stand on re: Vietnam/Cambodia and they'd better start debating about something else. I say this with a pleasant smile on my face while very firmly standing my ground.
