Will the "Swift Boat Vets" be at the Republican Convention?

It seems to me the big part of the Bush/Cheney campaign is to smear John Kerry and his Vietnam experiences. Will the Repubs give their hired hands a time slot during the Convention?

I mean was there such a group before Kerry was the Democratic Party's pick to run for president . . . or have they just decided to create an organization conveniently at this time???

They had a press conference trashing Kerry.

O'Neill came out when C-Span showed Kerry's debate with him on the Dick Cavett Show (1971).

to engage in this smear campaign against Kerry. Nixon's White House tapes has a conversation with Nixon and Haldeman about this subject.
