It is no longer possible to fit any more people under the bus
As it is, the amount of people currently under the bus make it very hard for the bus to move.

Also, the analogy gets old after it is used every single day.

4. No can do.
There are no bigger buses, we had to get the largest model after Richardson was thrown under the bus for throwing Hillary under the bus.
