http://www.pollingreport.com/wh2004.htmIn literally every national poll, Kerry is leading Bush with a significant advantage. Kerry's lead now averages 6 points in every national poll.
Kery is being very clever in not responding to the attacks on his statements about his Iraq vote, as his refusal to engage in negative campaigning seems to be tilting the polls and the voter momentum in Kerry's direction.
In the latest count of Elecoral VOtes on DC's Political Report, Kerry currently hols onto 264 electoral votes ,with Bush holding onto 175.
The breakdown:
Kerry has 9 states that he has an unshakable hold on for 158 EV
9 states strongly leaning towards Kerry for 106 EV.
Bush has and unshakable lead in 14 states for 123 EV and a firm hiold in 4 states for 52 electoral votes.
There are ten states too close to tell which have 82 electoral votes and 5 states left where polls have not been taken for 17 electoral votes.
In the stes too close to tell, the electoral votes are almost split down the middle with Kerry leading in more states, but Bush leading in a few states with ;arger amounts of electoral votes, both Kerry and Bush carry the same amount of electoral votes in the ten staes too close to tell. In Arkansas, they both are still polling exactly even at 46 percent each.
