Question: What ads will MoveOn run this month?
The reason I'm asking is because negative advertising helps the other candidate. We saw this in the primaries with Edwards, we saw it when F911 premiered and Kerry temp. lost his advantage over Bush, and we're seeing it now with the lying veterans giving Kerry a 6-point lead.

My question is, which ads will the Media Fund and MoveOn be airing this month, and what effect do you think they'll have on the campaign?

2. MoveOn is running the "switch" ads during the RNC
You can see the ads here:

The ads are great - they are real Republicans who will be voting for Kerry.

3. I reject that
with all due respect. Negative ads work. It may depend on how they are done, and how appropriate they are for the cicumstances. But they work.

You can't blame Kerry's dip on F 9/11, and you can't blame Kerry's lead on the lying vets either. I can't get a real read on the polls lately. But the factors in your premise don't see to be decisive ones. Am I missing something?
