Nine days to go: President Carter - "alot of SDs are going to announce quite rapidly after 6/3"
Its clear now that there has been some kind of general understanding with the super delegates to give the Clinton's what they wanted - keep the nomination open until every primary has voted and then they are going to be moving quickly.

While the stream of add on super delegates have continued to trickle down (virtually all in Obama's favor) the super delegates that have been super delegates for a long time but have remained unannounced have slowed down or stopped altogether.

With Obama's magic number around 50 with 86 pledged delegates left it seems pretty obvious that they want to keep the question of the nomination in play until the last two primaries.

Here President Carter indicates that it is his understanding that the Super Delegates will be making their movement quickly after the last primary.

Her talking points for continuing the election are

1) Let everyone be involved (Primaries over 6/3)

2) Settle MI/FL (DNC Rules committee will settle the issue this Saturday)

3) Some calamity occurs. (Well not going to be much appetite for this obviously)

These points will be exhausted on June 3rd.

So June 1st is Puerto Rico and June 3rd Montana and South Dakota and after that the Super Delegates should be moving to a final conclusion.

They're all just waiting for the final states to weigh in. Then, floodgates.

6. Right on target.
SEnator Clinton has been told by some of her most powerful supporters in the party that this is over. The contest will be shut down after the 3rd, and she will be out by the 6th.

8. Since Bill is on his liar's tour still... today...
I really wonder if someone is going to have to put them both on lock down for a few days just to make them stop.

It seems clear to me that Carter is telling them both that they have lost and to deal with it. But honestly, at this point I don't know if anyone saying anything will make them stop. It's like mania or something.

I hope they're gone. I'd be happy to never see either of them again after these last three months. Bill has totally lost any respect I ever had for him.
