Take the Democratic challenge!
If you feel you have to hold your nose to vote for Kerry, then don't vote for him! Be a true Democrat & hold to your convictions.

In all honesty if I had that opinion of Kerry I would not vote for him. I am a man of principal, there are thing about Kerry that I may not like, but hey I'm voting for my life here (literally). What ever differences I have with him I will take up after he is President, theres not much I can do with those differences if he's not even elected.

3. I know what your post says.....
And I wasn't implying otherwise. Just something that you should be telling your fellow gays and lesbians.

5. the burden of winning my vote should be Kerry's, not mine...
In my state Kerry, Bush, and Badnarik will be on the ballot. One Democrat, one Republican, and a libertarian. I could write someone in, but I now consider that a waste of time. Holding my nose..until Kerry can eliminate the neocon stench!

6. come on now , you are taking all the fun out of it
then that means they wont be able to demand special attention about why their poor selves should sacrafice their precious votes on kerry instead of voting their conscience as if voting is a religious thing.
