I have been pleasantly surprised with Kerry's campaign so far. He's been doing a better job than I ever would have expected.

As much as I disagreed with him about the IWR vote, I understand his reasoning (though I feel it's a bit convoluted). I also don't fault him for not saying that he wishes he would have voted otherwise. Either way at this point, I simply don't care. I feel he'd made a good president.

However, I do think it's time for 527s and the DNC to hit back harder on these outrageous claims made by the swift jerks. It's like the medals thing. It's stupid and it's being kept alive by a media that has being kissing Bush's ass ever since he set foot on the national stage.

I'm also somewhat dissapointed by the Kerry communications guy (I think that's what he is). I find him too timid. We need some more obnoxious, in your face type talking heads that will take on Hannity and Buchanan and the rest of these lying turds and rip them to shreds.

These allegations are more than preposterous. They are lies. They are libel and it is disgusting.

I also think that it's about time the dems and the 527s put out some harder hitting negative ads. There is a lot that HAS NOT been covered by the lap dog media. Moore did his part in F 9/11, but it's not enough. Many won't see it. Ads on the other hand are harder to escape. It may even be a good idea to use some of the clips that Moore used in the movie. THey are infuriating, like for example the "Some call you the have lots, I call you my base". This is disgusting, class war purpotrated by the administration as clear as day. These 527s have to be harder hitting.

The positive ads have been good. They are helping define Kerry, but Bush still has to go down. That means it's time for some "negative" (I just call them truthful), ads. Time to expose...and I want it done on every possible issue -- from stem cell research to the war on terror to the war on Iraq, from tax cuts to inconsistancies, and giant FLIP FLIPs of which no president has made greater ones ever before.

Also time for better dem pundits.

1. Pitch in a couple of bucks to Moveon.org....
They have been doing an excellent (better than good) job in my opinion.

3. You're right.
If they only expose 1/2 of Bush's scandals, I'd be happy.
