Edited on Thu May-29-08 07:31 PM by Ken Burch
Does anyone, even those who support her, believe it could be worthy of her for her nomination to come by illegimate means?

And do any HRC supporters care about the degree to which she has diminished herself by staying in for no reason?

2. ABSOLUTELY!
All she needs to do is win and/or convince 88% of the remaining delegates.

3. Depends on what the meaning of "honorable" is.
In other words, NO.

6. I'm not the first person to say this...but that fact doesn't exactly discredit my point.
If it's a widely held view, in fact a very widely held one, is it not possible that it's valid?

And, do you actually have an arguement to make here?

Yes, she does have the technical right to stay in the race...but does that automatically mean that it's good either for the party or for HER to exercise that right?

Can you deny that her insistence on staying in is reducing her stature as a public figure? Is anyone going to respect her if she has to be dragged out of the race kicking and screaming and if she continues to encourage her followers in their belief that Obama has no right to be nominated?

And Ben Franklin, your avatar, was big on common sense. I find it difficult to believe that he would see any sense in HRC staying in.

10. Okay how about "Fingernails Scratching a Chalkboard"
Screeeeeeeech!

My argument is that your argument has been posted on here ad nauseum for over 100 days by hundreds of different posters that all think alike.

This place has turned into a bunch of clones.

That's my argument.

But please, carry on.

Sorry to interrupt your chain of thought.

11. No. That's not an argument. It's an observation.
Edited on Thu May-29-08 09:15 PM by Ken Burch
And the incredibly vicious attacks of HRC supporters on Obama, attacks intended to destroy his electability, attacks continued when all HRC supporters knew that it was irresponsible to make such attacks when Obama has been more likely than HRC to be our nominee since at least March, have been repeated MANY hundreds of times, indeed thousands of times, on this board.

You have no arguement for why HRC should carry on when she and you both know she can't legitimately or honorably be nominated, and when it goes without saying that, at this point, imposing her nomination would have to do the party far more harm than good.

(edited to correct trivial spelling error.)

13. "Licking Dry Paper Towel When You're Really Thirsty"?
Maybe that's the best description.

All I know is that it grows so tiresome.

It's spelled "argument" by the way - no "e" after the "u".

20. Again, the fact that a lot of people have said it doesn't invalidate it.
And you can't deny that it's equally tiresome that your defeated candidate has stayed in when she and you know that candidacy is dragging the party down.

You know that a HRC nomination could no longer be a cause of celebration of a means of uniting the party. Why do you want your candidate to pointlessly diminish herself?

What is the point of continuing to refuse to accept the reality that she can't legitimately win anymore?

8. Why don't you tell us how Hillary has a legitimate path to the nomination?
rather than posting the same stupid shit in every thread critical of She Who Thinks She's Queen of the God Damned Planet.
