Goss' Wish List--Scary Stuff
"But in language that until now has not gotten any public attention, the Goss bill would also redefine the authority of the DCI in such a way as to substantially alter—if not overturn—a 57-year-old ban on the CIA conducting operations inside the United States."

1. Goss is full of balnoney
That law enforcement agencies should share information with the CIA when it involves their mission is certainly an arguable point, but to allow the CIA to do domestic spying is beyond the pale.

Goss had a better point when he told Michael Moore that he isn't qualified to hold a job in the CIA.
