Obama should just give her all the Michigan Delegates.
It still won't help her. He would still be far ahead.

1. The rules committe has to make the decision and they chose to act like adults
and not give the toy to the screaming toddler lying on the floor kicking the ground.

9. Obama's black & that's what black people do. Didn't u get the talking points brainwave transmission?
:tinfoilhat:

There isn't an explanation because THERE ISN'T AN EXPLANATION. The rules were decided upon months before the primary season started. The rules were AGREED upon by all the states and the candidates months before the primary season started. The punishments were know and agreed upon months before the primary season started. Both Michigan and Florida were given ample opportunity to redo and conduct new democratic elections - as opposed to the undemocratic farces they ran - but they stamped their feet and said, "NO!" They're lucky the got anything as opposed to having completely screwed their citizens out of the process. The legislators of both states should be utterly ashamed of themselves for causing this mess in the first place, but they won't. Hillary should be utterly ashamed of herself for allowing it to continue, even egging them on, for as long as she did, but she won't.

Note: I supported neither Obama nor Clinton in Nevada's caucus back in January (we played by the rules, so suck it Michigan and Florida) nor at any point since. Once the GE is underway, I'll support the nominee.

3. They should have left them uncommitted, he would have picked them up.

And the rules would have been legal. The ruling was wrong.

This ruling only confused the uneducated Hillary supporters that think she go robbed.

4. Legal? The party makes the rules
And the rules were just voted upon and approved.

5. They needed another motion prior to this motion to make it legal
They had to take a 2/3 vote to allow them to set votes.

They didn't do that, they just allocated votes.
But there is no basis in the bylaws that gave them that power specifically.
The same people would have voted and it would have closed the appeal.
Instead they made a mistake and gave Obama votes they didnt have the right or rule to do.

BTW I am an Obama supporter

7. IMO, they should have either left them Uncommitted and allowed Michigan partyl
to pick Uncommitted delegates who would then be free to choose Obama.

Or gone for 50/50 split.

But what they did has the appearance of favoring Hillary. It makes her look that much worse.

12. He should just give her a bucket of spit
There is no reason to give the psycho traitor anything else. She cannot be calmed.
