When is Kerry going to start doing TV ads again?

I heard something about not being able to advertise in August because of his campaign budget. I sure hopes he comes back soon and I hope he comes out blazing. I might be overly worried, but I sense momentum slowly changing away from Kerry. I think all the RW attacks are making some inroads.

he's said he wont spend money on ads til after the august. because the GOP convention is later, bush gets more fundraising time, so kerry isnt going to spend much until bush is forced to stop raising dough.
it makes a lot of sense. let him disappear. the only poll that counts is on november 2.

6. You have to remember

that people have a very short attention span and they need to be able to pound the message home a month or two before the election. Right now everyone is obsessed with other matters, like getting the kids ready to go back to school, watching the olympics, some are on vacation and so on. As long as the weather is nice in the north a lot of people are outside more than inside watching TV.

Better to hit them with ads when they are concentrating on the election.
