If you go here
<http://edition.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/state/#PR>

scroll down to the map and mouse-over District 4, the totals were until I refreshed it:

Clinton 18,000+...68%
Obama over 53,000+...32%
(I didn't get the numbers because I came to post)

Went back and after refreshing it became:
Clinton...18,462...68%
Obama......8,506...32%

1. The district level totals on the CNN maps glitch once in a while.
I've noticed it in state after state, while the totals are coming in all of a sudden one single district will suddenly be assigned the vote totals for the entire state for one or both candidates, but only on the map when you mouse-over. It usually clears up again immediately on a refresh. I'm betting when you noticed the weirdness Obama's total votes in for all of PR was in the 50,000+ range and that's what it displayed.

5. That is fantastic.
My pic was just about the "irregularities" on CNN's district-level maps.

7. All eyes were on Mineral County that night...
They were the only ones with the vote not yet in.
