What's going on with trashy PaulZ's town meeting....

1. I just finished watching it. Tad looked to be sweating. Did you

see when that asswipe said, "I served longer than 4 1/2 months"? Paula clapped. I thought, "You better be clapping for his service and not because he was insulting Kerry's service." Tad Devine called him on the comment.

Tad Devine had some good responses to The Bush guy's spin. Tad Devine mentioned letting other nations help control of the oil supply in Iraq to stop Halliburton. The best moment was when the audience booed when the Bush guy touted No Child Left Behind as one of his accomplishments.

6. Letter to CNN re Paula Zahn in Canton

Re Paula Zahn's "town meeting" from Canton, Ohio:

Please have Ms. Zahn explain why she was laughing and clapping like a hyena when the Canton veteran took a swipe at John Kerry's military service ("...and I served longer than 4 & 1/2 months...").

As soon as he said that, CNN's cameras shot back at Zahn, who was clapping enthusiastically and smiling and laughing.

I find this blatant bias to be grounds for dismissal. If the woman can't anchor a goddam news show, she should not be let anywhere NEAR hard news.

There was absolutely nothing in tonight's program from Canton to prevent me from concluding that Paula Zahn is a flirtatious nitwit. CNN should reconsider her assignment.

A disgusting waste of an hour.

Note to Paula Zahn: When the camera showed you laughing and clapping after the gentleman snidely remarked that he "served longer than 4 1/2 months," I thought they showed BLATANT SLANT ON YOUR PART. It seemed to me, the viewer, that you were applauding his taunt that was directed at John Kerry through Tad Divine. You tried to "cover your behind" later by saying, "Thank you for your service." Please. You used to work for Fox News. At least you were honest in your support for the Bush Administration then. Perhaps you'd be more comfortable back there in your home turf.

14. I saw that too, and I was disgusted.

It even looked liked Paula tried to stop clapping when she realized the cameras were on her, but then thouugh she'd keep clapping, and claim it was for his service. What was laughing about then? Huh, Paula?
