Amazon? Bah. Online sales are only a small percentage of the book market.

It debuted at only #22 on USA Today, which is a better (not perfect) indicator of actual sales. (Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain at the NYT bestseller list. That one is a true farce.)

Besides, any book with a large political following will get high on the bestseller lists. It's not that hard, actually, especially with hardcover.
