He didn't respond earlier because he was planning a blackout on TV ads during august to save his money.

Instead he has to put together an ad and run it during August because Bush used the opportunity to spread lies.

For those critisizing the ad, instead of feeling like kerry is weak and spouting negative, why don't we focus our anger on the man who won't talk about his war record (in vietnam or in Iraq).
