George W. Bush is a COWARD (swift boat ads meme)
Edited on Thu Aug-19-04 11:19 AM by Joanne98
George W. Bush needs to quit hiding behind the skirts of the Swift Boat Veterans. If Bush believes that Kerry is lying about how he got his medals then he should stand up and say so. But instead of acting like a man and speaking for himself he is hiding behind John O'Neill's skirt tails. In fact GWB is doing what he has done his entire life, RUN!!!!! Run and hide and let someone else do your dirty work.
Little Georgie didn't want to go to Vietnam so he got his Daddy to make sure someone else went in his place. He was afraid to go because GWB is not just a coward he's a physical coward. Kerry on the other hand asked to go into the most dangerous part of Vietnam when he could have gotten out of it. He didn't run away from physical injury or death, he ran to it. Because of that he was injured and received his medals. He received his silver star for running into harms way not away from it.
GWB on the other hand does the complete opposite. Whenever Georgie is in harm's way, he grabs the closest warm body and uses it for a shield. He RUNS AWAY LIKE A COWARD and then he gets his daddy's friends to help him cover it up. He's done this his entire life. So is it really surprizing that little Georgie is now hiding behind the "Swift Boat Liars"? No it's not. He's too afraid to attack Kerry himself so he got his daddy's friends to do it for him.
The truth is that John O'Neill and his band of liars for hire are paid for by a Rich Republican Texas Donor and these people are attacking kerry because George Bush is too afraid to do it himself. He might get hit. It might hurt. He might bleed. Ouchie.
John Kerry has called on moveon to drop their ad and they have. Kerry can do this because he's not afraid to fight his own battles. Now it's time for Bush to do to same. Mr. Bush, quit hiding behind your daddy and his paid goons. It's time to get in the ring and fight your own battles. You can wear body armor if you want. Kerry won't mind, he understands how afraid you are of pain. BUT Kerry is calling you out, NOW. The press is calling you out, NOW. Either denounce the swift boat ads or call Kerry a fraud, but DO IT YOURSELF. The American people don't want a Commander in Chief who's a physical COWARD. They don't want a Commander in chief who lets other people fight his battles. They deserve better.
It's time to stand up Mr. Bush. If you can't do that then get used to the word COWARD because it will be your name for the next three months. BRING IT ON CHICKENHAWK!!!!!!!!!

there, that's my challege to Bush. i don't think it's harsh enough but i didn't want to hear a bunch of hand-wringing. i'm betting that he'll send out Cheney next. what do you think?

1. You forget GaDumbya was a cheerleader in school..
He's one of those snotty little turds that snickered and taunted the 'other' kids then ran and hid behind the big guys in his group when they came after him.

Truly a guttless little snipe.

4. Oh yeah. How could i forget that.
He was too afraid to play football because he's a physical coward and he's afraid of pain so he 'cheerleads" from the safety of the sidelines instead. He's also afraid of horses. Have you ever heard of a cowboy who was afraid of horses? He might fall off. He might hit the hard ground. He might get an ouchie. eeekkk
Cooooonnnnnndddddddiiiii!!!!!! I got an ouchie. I needs the bactine and a bandaid. wwwwwwwhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaa :) :) :)

2. He picked on someone smaller than himself
Iraq was a coward cowboy trying to feel tough by picking on a smaller coward in a spider-hole.

I bet Bush loved burning ants with a magnifying glass and pulling the legs off grasshoppers as a coward child.

6. But he wouldn't even do that himself
"Saddam Hussein tried to kill my daddy", then he sends 18 year old boys to go fight for him. Just like he did in Vietnam, but instead of using the power and wealth of his daddy, he used the power and wealth of the US goverment. Has the "chimperer" EVER fought his own fight even ONCE in his life. NO. He's a yellow belly chickenhawk cowboy who's afraid of horses and physical pain. ouchie :)

8. COURAGE is a value......
It's takes COURAGE to fight your own battles. It takes COURAGE to do the right thing. It takes COURAGE to tell the truth. It takes COURAGE to make the rich pay their fair share of taxes. It takes COURAGE to veto a spending bill. It takes COURAGE to give a press conference with real questions. It's COWARDLY to send cheney out to fight for you which is exactly what he's going to do. He's such a disgusting little worm.

11. Americans don't like cowards.
The Swift Boat Liars are doing the exact opposite of what Karl Rove thought they would do. The American people can see there's all the difference in the world from what the record shows and what the Swift Boat Liars say. And most Americans, I believe, know that the reason for all the paid hype is that Bush is a coward.

Kerry volunteered for duty in Vietnam straight out of Yale and served a complete year's tour before getting assigned to skipper the Swift Boat. He volunteered for the dangerous missions and was willing to sacrifice his own life to accomplish the mission and protect the lives of those under his command. It's in the official record.

Bush got Poppy to pull strings and got into the Texas ANG where he requested he NOT be sent overseas. It's in writing, signed by W "hisse'f." Then Bush skipped out on his service by goofing-off in Alabama until Poppy could get him into Texas Law, and when that couldn't happen, Harvard business school. Always taking the low and lazy road, the guy's life shows a pattern of cowardism.

Quite a contrast. Most people I know can't wait until November. Like us, they can't stand having a coward in the Oval Office.
