John O'Neill says Kerry's boat was the only one to leave the scene when they were fired upon and left the guy in the water. Kerry later returned and picked him up. If none of the other boats "fled", why didn't they pick the guy out of the water? What were they waiting for? For the guy to go under 3 times??
