9. The way the polls are looking

Kerry has time and the incentive to wait before responding to negative attacks in order to lay out a strategy that makes his responses look more thoughtful and thus more presidential. Notice, Bush who is doing very poorly, has to provide immediate responses to anything the Kerry campaign has to say about the Bush Administrations programs.

The most recent and pathetic attempt was the recent Bush talk about the Kerry Medical plan and how it would cause all of US to have to pay more taxes because "THOSE RICH GUYS" have accountants to help them avoid taxes and that "WE ARE NOT GOING TO LET THEM DO THAT TO US".


The lies are in what is left out. THe fact that those rich guys get out of paying taxes because of changes made in the tax codes by Bush himself, and that Kerry is going to get rid of the Bush created lookholes that allow it.

THe Bush people are getting very desperate.
