Weird! It seems like VietNam service will be the litmus test for 2004
presidential election. Who'd a thunk it?? Looks like bushbots want to go this route, which means that we are forced to respond. My hope is that Kerry will FINALLY demand *'s VN records be exposed. Our ignoble fraudulent "leader" was AWOL during VietNam. Time to put it all on the table. Give the bushbots what they want.

1. Yeah, wouldn't want REAL issues to pop up.

6. Issues? Why, we're in a war, the economy is in the toilet,
working people can't afford to get sick, our soldiers are returning to lost jobs (illegal to permanently replace NGs), ad nauseum.

Who wants to deal with pesky issues? Not Bunnypants--SINCE HE'S THE CAUSE!

3. It seems that way right now
but it may change...there is still time left.

If the election turns on the economy, Edwards was the best choice for Veep.

If the election turns on military service, Clark would have been the best Veep.

Put the former Supreme Allied Commander up against these assholes.

Oh, how I wish. But I'm hopeful nonetheless. Most Americans hate *, imo. This means, imo, we'll WIN!!

4. If they want to make it an issue, BRING IT ON.
One Yalie VOLUNTEERED, while the other suckled margaritas and sucked illegal chemical powder.

Burn it into their brain, DUers: VOL-UN-TEE-RED.

9. the repugs may get what they DIDN'T pray for: a firmer notion of AWOL
that sticks to Bush, where NO trust and NO credibility count -- Gore could only have WISHED to have been able to shove the AWOL TANG issue further down their throats in 2000; back then, the AWOL news came at a time that was way many days late and many dollars short, but THIS TIME, all hail to those ignorant bastards who pushed for the not-so-swift ads so much such that THEIR OWN STINK hangS out there for quite a while!

IMHO, Kerry will ABSOLUTELY win this fight on substance ... the repugs get inibriated with "dirty, filthy STYLE", but when a contender doesn't go down after the first hot punches, LOOKOUT, because then the fight INEVITABLY turns from STYLE to SUBSTANCE, and we OWN substance.

8. It's not surprising as this was the boomers war and they are of age
for President. What's surprising are the people that seem to want to refight the war. This O'Neil guy can't let it go and he goes so far thast he goes after highly decorated vets to bring Vietnam back to our living rooms.

11. There is a lot of bitterness left on both sides
And it will never be healed, I fear.
