I have no idea why Cindy McCain did what she did. Everyone has their own experiences. I dont know why she stole drugs, all I know is that I have never been a thief.

2. I have no idea why Cindy McCain did what she did, either. I have known

people, good people, who became addicted to drugs, both prescription drugs and illegal drugs, and it caused them to do things that I never would have believed that they would do. Some got help and turned their lives around, some are still living in their own drug induced hell and some have died. I truly admire those who have been able to clean up their acts and come to terms with their addictions, and I don't pass judgement on those who haven't.

As much as I can't stand how unbelievably cold and alien Cindy McCain is, I can't hold her drug use against her.

Maybe it's because I've done just about every chemical under the sun at one time or another, so I can kind of relate to doing things that make no sense. Should she have payed for her actions? Sure. It should have landed her ass in jail for an eon or two but that's a different topic and it's certainly nothing for me to decide.

Look, I can't stand her because she's a blue blooded "yes" girl who's probably never seen a person of color after dark. I can't stand her because she has an attitude that the American public is not good enough to see her tax returns and her privacy somehow shouldn't be sacrificed in her families plight for the highest public office in the country. I can't stand her because she has no concept that there's a coach section behind first class. But when it comes to her inability to stop sticking chemicals in her body because of an addiction that's taken over her life... Eh, I can't hate her for that. In fact, my heart goes out to her. Maybe she is a little human after all.

No telling what she went through in her formative years. I think her vacant look is a direct result of growing up in an era that women were told that they're only as good as the marriage they make and their biggest contribution to society is to learn how to differentiate which fork goes on which side of the 1st course plate.

She looks totally devoid of any real feelings when I see her, but I also see something really seething below her sedate surface. She could be in some real trouble.
