The Swift Boat Vermin Brouhaha....
The Kerry team knew this was coming. There was an article in Newsweek by his vanquished senate opponent William Weld where he opined that Kerry would sucker in the Republicans to say his Purple Hearts weren't "purple" enough...


The Kerry team was damned if they responded and damned if they didn't ... By responding they keep the story alive.... By not responding they allow some to reach the conclusion that it's true....


IMHO, the Swift Boat Vermin for Bush have declared war on John Kerry and are attempting to kill his character... As it is written in
Ecclesiastes "a good name is better than precious ointment"...


We must fight this scurrilous attack with every fiber of our being...

No quarter...

No mercy....

No surrender...
