since they got Rick Kaplan running the joint. And about damn time! Tonight was just a sheer pleasure--well--til we got to the Intern Killer's show--that's when I made a very quick channel change.

and got no where. Their ratings are probably worse than ever.

Granted MSNBC's ratings haven't been spectacular, but this recent attitude shift is welcome. Olberman has been consistantly good and never fails to amuse me. He's witty and takes some great shots at RW idiots.

I'm more skeptical of Matthews, but I think his recent attacks on the Swift Liars is probably sincere. He's been critical of Kerry's Iraq war stance but I think he genuinely is disgusted by this smearing of Kerry's war record. He probably views it rightly that there is no comparison between a man volunteering to go fight for his country and a rich spoiled brat that got into the TX National Guard and likely didn't complete what little was required there.

Either way I'm appreciative of them both. I haven't seen enough of Norville to make a complete judgment but what little I've seen wasn't bad. I saw her have Franken once and she was nice for the most part.

Unfortunately Scarbutt is still there, and he's been going on and on with the SwiftLiars thing. I change the channel in time for him though.
