Tallking points: Book "ban"
Okay, some of you have probably seen or read about the Drudge article that says Kerry wants to see the swift boat liars' book "banned," even though apparently he didn't say that.

We all know what this means: Every right-wing nutcase with a radio or tv program or newspaper column or even axe to grind will be screaming about this for days. And the Kerry campaign will send someone completely ineffectual to counter it, if they decide to counter it at all.
That means we have to do the work for them, and provide some fodder.
I'll start:
What about the right-wing efforts to prevent Michael Moore's book, "Stupid White Men" from coming out immediately after 9-11? Or their efforts to prevent 9-11 from being shown or advertised?
And this is a good one: What about the Bush's family DEMAND that the publisher withdraw James Hatfield's "Fortunate Son," because it included information about Bush's alleged cocaine habit?
This gives us the chance to make that part of the debate, too.
Any other suggestions for campaign strategists and lazy journalists who refuse to investigate anything?

2. Bush got "Fortunate Son" banned - the left better have the talking points
Every single person on the left should be ready before they go on national TV in case this comes up.

Send out the faxes!
