Please Help Me With My Ad!!!

We have local classified ads and I can put in an ad for Kerry for $4 a week or $16 for 8 weeks... That buys me TEN words. Then each word is another 30 cents.

My first thought was WAAAAAAY too long:

VOTE KERRY/EDWARDS in 2004: protect jobs, healthcare & social security; renew global respect. Call Dem HQ @xxx-xxxx to volunteer.

I'm probably willing to go up to 15-20 words if it's truly powerful.

Please post suggestions.

My plan is to run 4 ads. One on the front page, one in employment, one under healthcare and one under "miscellaneous". Let me know what you think...

8. Actually...

In looking at my ads, they say nothing about national security, War on Terror, Iraq, purple hearts, "Fit for Command" or "Help is on the Way".

Let me know if you think I need ads that sway in that direction. These are for a small city in North Carolina.
