Possible violence at the Republican National Convention
Has anyone heard about the possibility that Republican slime will agitate at the convention pretending to be Kerry supporters?

You can't put it past 'em.

9. Well - thats fine - I am just a little wary of the "Will the Pukes incite
us to violence" questions. No they won't! But why ask it? - what are the motives for asking?

Is it to get some people saying "If they start it I'll beat em down!"?

7. So do we tackle anyone who tries that stuff?
Y'know, grapple them, take a few digital pics of their faces, see if they look like RNC campaign staffers? Where do we go from here?

10. Some sort of agreed to plan for
preventing violence and dealing with it (from any source) is a good idea.

Crowd dynamics being what they are, it is nice to talk about "we would never go there"... It is another to take concrete, practical, public steps to see that this happens.

What difference will the public see between restraining agitators and creating violence, I wonder, when seen through the media's eyes?
