About Kerry's anti-war activities. Why won't the Dem surrogates just say
"if you want to make the argument that Kerry was wrong to oppose the Vietnam war, fine, let's hear you make the case that Vietnam was not a mistake."

2. We don't want to talk about his post-Vietnam testimony.
We want to talk about John Kerry the warrior, the cold-eyed killer, the tough guy. "John Kerry would kill Osama bin Laden with his bare hands, if he had a chance. Would Dubya?"

Not pleasant, but this election is going to be in part not only appealing to swing voters's minds, but their guts.

3. They have nothing, they are trying to muddy the waters.
Typical RW technique. If you can't win the argument, at least put every aspect of it in question. The public will fatigue and forget what the IMPORTANT point(s) is (are)....

5. I don't like that fact that he is being criticized for exposing
atrocities committed when in testified in 1971. What do these people prefer , that no body bring it up although everybody is aware of it? How "christian" is that shit?

6. Kerry was right twice: right to fight, and right that Viet. was a mistake
It's the right thing to do to honor your country and fight and serve. It's right to speak up when something wrong is happening.

Makes sense to me.
