Bush using "Promise Keepers" to secure Evangelical Vote
"With the presidential election less than three months away, the Promise Keepers, the men's movement that took the nation by storm in the 1990s, appears to be shedding its carefully crafted apolitical veneer and jumping into the political fray. While you won't find it endorsing a particular candidate and jeopardizing its non-profit status, it has already weighed in on an issue that the Republican Party hopes will help galvanize its base, the Federal Marriage Amendment -- a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage."

1. The promise keepers just had a big meeting in Atlanta
The skanks. They only exist to promote the oppression of everyone who is not male and heterosexual. My uncle is a member of these vile cretins. I think it's time to do a mass email to my conservative family with a pic of me and my b/f smooching. ;)

I won't have anything to do with any organization that seeks to villanize a minority group to distract attention away from the problems we should be facing. If the RW are so worried about marriage, then we,
as the heterosexual majority, should do everything possible to eliminate drug abuse, alcohol abuse, adultery and all other things that lead to divorce. But instead, we are suppose to point the finger of blame at the Gay community and pretend they are the real threat to traditional marriage. To me, this is narrow minded bigotry, pure and simple.

13. You're right.
This is, I hope, a feeble attempt on their part.
