Damn CNN! Profiles of Bush & Kerry. Grrr.
So, the GOP Convention is coming up and I just saw an add for their "CNN Presents" hour-long profile of George W. Bush: The title? "The Mission of George W. Bush."

Now think back a couple weeks, when they were flogging their hour-long "CNN Presents" profile of Kerry. The title of that? "Born to Run."

:grr:

In other words:

"Bush: The man called by God himself to protect peace, justice, and American way."

"Kerry: The ambitious fraud who's been preparing to run for president ever since he was in diapers."

Utter crap.

3. And when did CNN become the Daryn Kagan network?
I cannot believe how much of the time that (GOP shill) woman is on.

Also, I noticed that her mouth is becoming crooked from spouting rightwing talking points. There really is something to the old saw, "talking out of the side of one's mouth."

5. I've often felt the energy that went into protesting Bush
should go into protesting the news stations...Lou Dobbs CALLED it last night on NOW with Bill Moyers when he said there is NO aspect of our lives not corporately controlled and made it a point to include the media in that and UNDERSCORED their sphere of influence...did you get a chance to see it?

6. CNN showed its true colors during the Democratic convention.

We haven't watched it since. Glad to know we were correct to tune it out!

7. CNN helped create the myth of George W. Bush, they helped
sustain it, they helped promote the war in Iraq. Why should we be surprised that they are pushing for his re-selection? They are the unindicted co-conspirators in their efforts to prop up the boy king.

He goes down, they could be in big trouble.

10. Vintage CNN.
That's why the only programs I now watch are Lou Dobbs and Crossfire, when I'm home.

12. Remember Gulf War 1 news coverage is what made CNN!
They love George Bush because they know they can DEPEND on him to give them lots of exciting WAR news to cover now and in the future.
They realize discussing world peace is a boring topic. CNN loves war!
