Is there a Vietnam Veterans FOR Kerry website?
Edited on Sat Aug-21-04 12:04 PM by splat
This old (but interesting) two-page thread on the Kerry site was the number one result from a Google search on "Vietnam Veterans For Kerry"

Further down, there are stories citing "John Hurley, national chairman of Vietnam Veterans For Kerry," but no site.

Shouldn't there be two sides here?

Kerry flashed a peace sign (AP Photo) on his way out of Charlotte yesterday.

Maybe he should reach out to honor the tradition of peaceful dissent that makes America strong and free, embrace the Vietnam-era antiwar movement again in this rerun of Nixonesque war culture. That's what these swiftboat vets are really holding against him, after all.

Where's everybody who was grateful when Vietnam Veterans Against the War started marching at the front of the antiwar marches, making it okay for patriotic Americans of all ages to support the troops and demonstrate how many of us wanted to end the war?

5. How about a vvfk blog?

Is there a blog? These sites feel static.

A good vet blogger (or three or four) whose posts accept comments would be a huge counterweight in the neocon-heavy blogosphere.

Check out Blogger, give it a shot. It's free and easy. No coding required, but you can if you know how.
