2. I think they can safely get away with this one...

The one that Digby flagged earlier (Collier County Republican Executive Committee) was pretty blatant, with the book cover and direct links encouraging and enabling people to watch the ad.

The "Bland Aid" thing was pretty childish too, but if you've seen the "official" Bush-Cheney Web Site lately, there have been some pretty "unpresidential" things posted there too. He's not setting a great example...

The Republican sites are going to mention the controversy in one form or another...no getting away from that. It's the ones who are deliberately fanning the flames while hiding behind the flimsy pretense of "running a clean campaign" that are the ones to flag...

But whatever you react to, whatever strikes you as being important or significant...that's what matters. Go with it.
