something that simpletons like us haven't: that there is such a thing as the TRUTH, and what isn't true is a LIE. The media seem to think that the truth is something that gets determined by majority rule.

4. And while we continue to attack the messenger

The message is never really debunked on the major news. Most of what I've seen on TV Goes like this:

Kerry Person: The swiftboat ad's are utter lies

Bush Person: No their not. John Kerry is a lier.

and that's about it. No real information that refutes the ad line by line like I have seen here.

Now we are busy attacking the messengers - and the message has done it's damage. Kerry support among veterns has dropped 9 points.

Meanwhile - Bush message: All these 527 groups and their soft money are bad politics.
