Has anyone else seen the AOL Strawpoll Vote?
I clicked on the article about Bush's response or his nonresponse to reporters questions about the Swift Boat ad and there was a place to "Vote Here". When I tried to vote, I couldn't cast a vote, but I could look at the results of each state on the US map. When I clicked off that, the map came up nearly all red and over 400 votes for Bush! What gives here? It makes my stomach turn.

1. AOL's polls have taken a hard right turn lately.
I am not sure where it's coming from.

3. They're usually about 60% for Bush at the end of the day.
Any AOL user can vote as often as he/she wishes.

2. The latest is about Doles accusations attacking Kerry's injuries
What do you think of Dole's comments?
He's right on 53%
He's out of line 39%
He has a right to his opinion, but I disagree 8%
Total Votes: 121,382

You can vote multiple times in AOL polls and most Republicans do.

7. Yeah, it got hacked somehow.
All of AOL's polls are pro-Bush. They're usually slanted by 10-15% in his favor.

8. AOL = Walmart of online services
A lot of Dems and Progressive use it, but it is mainly for midland Red States where cable/DSL service isn't available or for people addicted to AOL chatrooms.
