This guy was great...love how he said that this isn't anything new and Kerry is ALWAYS ready for this and will "turn his boat into the fire" and come out a winner...

Saying the Dems started it...they asked for it... Oliphant answers by saying how Kerry almost asks people to "bring it on" since he's so good at counter attacking... I love his confidence in him...

4. Oliphant goes waaaay back with Kerry.

He probably knows Kerry better than anyone in the media. He was on Hardball Friday night and was having a hard time keeping a straight face. I think we're getting close to a point when we'll see Kerry on the offensive, in a big way....and it'll surprise people on both sides of the fence.

5. He is very good!

I am very impressed with this guy. He managed to keep Scarborough calm and listening and didn't conjur up any screaming or yelling matches with the other guy on with him. For once, there was no screaming and yelling and positive intellectual discussion going on!!! I'm amazed that this Oliphant was able to accomplish this!
