It's all about pacing.
There are still 60+ days until the election and the GOP convention hasn't happened yet. Is Kerry pacing himself, his money, and his message. Everyone says he has always been a strong finisher. Knowing that most undecideds wait until within 2 weeks of election day to decide, is that Kerry's move? Pace until then and then hit with everything? Wait until the debates where the conversation will be on issues? The post about Oliphant mentions something big happening. I gotta believe that Kerry is a seasoned campaigner--maybe not like the Big Dog but he has been in close races before and won. When does he pull out the big guns? If too early, then no lasting effect. Too late and its too late. When is the optimum moment? And what is the big gun?
