1. Bill Clinton was very defensive. "I'm not racist." We know that, Bill!
You could tell Obama's winning the primaries still stings. We could really use President Clinton right now. :(

3. I think this is bad news
It will be hard to win if the clintons dont pitch in and help. The best thing to do is remain positive and hope for the best.

4. The Clinton's will pitch in to help. Senator Clinton has already appeared
with Senator Obama on the campaign trail and has also made solo appearances to campaign for him I'm quite certain that President Clinton will do the same when he is asked.

10. Why would Obama want Bill Lieberton
on the campaig trail spewing his passive-agressive non-support. No thanks.

5. He just should have taken a pass
Same problem he had with the media during the primaries.

13. Everything has to be about Bill, doesn't it? Why can't he just
do his humanitarian work with grace and keep his red nose out of the presidential race. If he can't say anything nice, he shouldn't say anything at all. Unless, of course, he wants Obama to lose...

6. I can't stand Bill Clinton anymore,
but I don't think he's a racist. I think he's a selfish, self-obsessed. opportunistic egomaniac who would use race as a wedge issue if he thought it would get him a vote, and he did.

Way to step on Obama's economic policy speech, asshole.

7. crabbing about how Obama went negative first...
did you hear that slop?

wtf is wrong with him. Obama is being inundated with crap from the McCain side, now he has to deal with whiskey beak Bill's idioticy.
and what's this about him saying more in January, after the election. some kind of tell all about how awful Obama is?

wtf? deux

he sure seems to be backing obama alright.
i knew he wouldn't show much excitement about it, but what he said today is quite shocking.

9. It's not doing himself or Hillary
any favors. Democrats don't like it when a Democrat goes against the party -- particularly in an election year. Of course, Bill doesn't give a shit about anyone but himself. I think the Bill Lieberton suits him.

11. what do you think he meant by talking more in January?
does he mean after obama is elected or after McCain is elected?

that phone call between Richardson and Hillary, when he called to say he was endorsing Obama - she said, about Obama.

He Can't Win.

this sticks in my craw.
somehow what Bill said and that is related, maybe.

and yes, I do think they are two faced connivers that don't give a shit about the party if they aren't the prom king and queen of it.

14. do you think
it might be possible that he really thinks that Hillary lost because of him? He'd deny it till the cows come home, because that's the kind of person he is, but I think it's probably his guilt speaking- I also think that the media blew his statements out of proportion- as they DO- not saying that he didn't say some pretty stupid and negative things, but the media used him like they knew they could.

That was the whole reason for doing this interview- and while he didn't do what I wish he had- (not agree to the interview until he'd resolved his personal disapointment and regrets) He didn't give them very much to use against Obama- but there are plenty of people trying to breath life into the bitterness, and it only serves to advance McCain-

Obama has a talent for not wallowing in the worst of us- I'd like to be better at that myself, and the best way is by not promoting division between ourselves don't you think??? Why should we let the MSM play us?

I'm not a "Clinton Apologist"- I'm an Obama supporter who would like to Unite for a Change in our f#@ked up nation.

:hi:
peace~

16. I guess Bill's behavior pretty well confirms that Hillary will not be VP
so that's good enough for me for now.

that interview was a continuation of the primaries - his attitude and vengefulness. the media didn't have to make anything up for this one - his own words were pretty clear.

I think maybe he's really quite insecure after all, and he can't deal with not being the superhero anymore. When he sees Obama get all the attention and crowds, and excitement even more than he got back int he 90s, instead of being happy for him (like a good past pres democrat should be) he is taking it personally.

he can't be second banana, so that does confirm some things about him if Hillary had won the nomination and carried onto the Pres.
Bill would still act like he was the big cheese.

super egos are great when you're on top and things are humming along your way - but when you start losing, protecting that ego makes you look really really selfish and bad.

8. Bill Clinton is a mess. He needs to just stop
if he wants to keep anymore of his legacy alive he needs to drop this whiney finer pointing. Man up to your words Bill and get over it. You in a large part cost your wife the election but also assured her rise to even be a contender, it happens.

12. If anyone had hopes of HRC being VP, those hopes are dashed
after this. If she had even a small chance, this would have put an end to it.

19. I saw it last night.
It was a good interview. I don't blame him for still being a little upset for being called a racist. If someone accused me of being racist, I'd hold a grude too.
