??? about polling (Zogby, Gallup, etc) and newly registered voters.
There are intense campaigns to get new voters registered nationwide, and they appear to be working reasonably well.

Do pollsters only include registered voters that have voted BEFORE? Do they get the lists they call from updated County Recorder lists?

I guess I'm asking if the new voters, whom I presume are rather angry or they wouldn't vote, being counted in the polls?

1. pollsters
mainly use random dialers. They model the vote based on past history and predictors of who will make up the electorate.
