Does The Swift Boat Story Remind You Of The Movie Platoon?
You had two groups of soldiers... The soldiers that followed Willem Dafoe's character and the soldiers that followed Tom Berenger's character.


It was a tale of good and evil in a time of war directed by someone who had been there-Oliver Stone...

Kerry was the heroic and noble Sgt. Elias Grodin and John O'Neil was the ignoble and sadistic Bob Barnes... I'm sure John O'Neil would have put a bullet in John Kerry just as sure as Bob Barnes put a bullet in Elias Grodin...
