Who is best with the Kerry-Edwards camp or the DNC to send this person’s personal information for vetting? We receive a number of hoax letters like this one, in regards to the Swift Boat situation, however this person and communication is very real!

Dear Sir:

I would like to speak with Sen. Kerry's campaign manager regarding John O'Neil who is an accuser of Sen. Kerry's military record. I have first hand dealings with this man (who's an Attorney) and can tell you how dishonest and self servant this man, I believe, truly is. He would, and will, do anything for fame, publicity and money.

I have an FAA security clearance from Hobby & Bush Airport, use to have a FBI clearance and currently own & operate a small hotel on Ft Lauderdale Beach. I lived Houston & Dallas for 12 years. For many of those years I had dealings with John O'Neil who represented me in a law suit against Wal-Mart for taking away a company I founded in 1987, Hot Diggity Dogs) to employ the elderly & disabled and 92 jobs from these folks.

He advised me not to accept a 500,000.00 settlement that Wal-Mart had offered us, in writing, stating that "it's a joke and when I get them before a jury it will cost them millions". I was never advised that the case could be poured out of the courts on a Motion for a Summary Judgment. I had no idea what that meant at the time.

This is what happened. Then I sued John O'Neil & his firm for Legal Malpractice and after years I was forced to Binding Arbitration, in Ruby Sandocks court.

The first day of trial the Judge was overheard by several attorney's, and others, asking John O'Neil if his firm had any openings, because she had a friend who needed a job". I knew at that point that I would lose my case against John O'Neil.

My company, Hot Diggity Dogs, was awarded the Dallas Mayor's, Texas Governor's and the President's National award as "Employer of the Year" for the disabled in 1987, 1990 and 1991, when George Bush Sr. was the President. I visited the White House, and met with first lady Barbara Bush with the Harris County Republican party. I have been a Republican all my life as well as a Delegate for the party.

I am now feed up with the party and how low they will stoop to stay in power. God help America!!!

Please at least have someone close to the Senator contact me for my story on how crooked, I believe, John O'Neil truly is and how low he will stoop for fame and money.

He even sent me to Mary Speath, in Dallas, for tutoring in Public relations and how to deal with the media & Press when he represented me. She apparantly is his friend and tutor.

Men like John O'Neil eat up and spit out we the little people all for the money or the price of fame. There is no truth or justice to our legal system anymore. Look at OJ!

every lawyer has enemies. Thought they would start to crawl out of the woodwork sooner or later. This guy is probably for real BUT he does not have a valid complaint against O'Neil. All clients who "lose" feel this way.
